Our sub-contract CNC machining division also offers these services to produce CNC turned parts to customer specification from the bar, castings or customer supplied parts and samples to the petro-chemical and fastener industries requiring a high level of precision necessary for modern quality requirements. Where applicable, our supplementary precision grinding department ensures the correct finishes to required tolerances.
We are currently producing components such as Extrusion Dies / Piercing pins, Stripper Tubes / K.O Sleeves in a wide range of high speed & powder metallurgy steels, supplemented by TiCN / TiN Surface Coatings when required for extended life.
Utilising these skills we are expanding our customer base at present to include parts for the medical, construction and motorcycle parts industries. We welcome all enquiries and will continue to do our best to fulfil these requirements.
